The ULTIMATE home maintenance package!

Our starting point for new customers, this package will include a complete interior home tune-up! Starting at $1.00/sqft, we go top to bottom of the house. Bathroom fans get taken off and cleaned, vanities and showers/tubs re-caulked, all hinges and knobs tightened and lubed. Every water valve gets tested to ensure it won’t break on you when you go to use it! Every window jamb gets cleaned and dry lubed. Dryer vent gets cleaned. Every socket and light gets tested and any bulb that is burned out is replaced. All smoke/co2 detectors, thermostat, remotes, garage door openers get a new battery. The water heater gets flushed, pressure valve is inspected, and the heating elements get decalcified. The furnace gets a new filter. Range grease filters get cleaned, along with the dishwasher and washing machine filters. Ash (cold) is cleaned from a fireplace and chimney gets swept. Water softener gets inspected and filled with salt. Main water shut offs get inspected and tested (if possible). Garage door will be inspected and lubed. Furniture check

If the house is furnished, for an additional $.25/sqft, all furniture will be checked to insure all legs, doors, drawers, etc are tight and operating as usual.

Green Conversion!

If you’ve been wanting to make your transition to a green home, we’ve got you covered! We will replace all bulbs with energy efficient LED bulbs and install a smart thermostat of your choice. We will also perform an infrared scan of your house to detect any areas of heat/cold loss.

UV AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM

If your home is starting to smell musky and you think there may be odors or other contaminants in the air, we can install a UV air purification system in your central air system! Utilizing a powerful UV lamp, it will kill odor, bacteria, and more throughout your whole home!

Gutter cleaning

Available as a stand-alone or add-on option, we can clean your gutters. Dirty or clogged gutters will not only cause damage to the gutters themselves, but also to your roof, siding, foundation, and landscaping! Not to mention the creation of breeding grounds for mosquitoes and other pests, growth of weeds, and overall unsightly curb appeal!

Driveway cleaning & sealing

Available as a stand-alone or add-on option, we can clean and seal your driveway. By employing only the highest quality sealer, it will help prevent damage to your driveway while also significantly increasing its curb appeal. If there are any large cracks present, we can also fill them in first!

Pest Control

Available as a stand-alone or add-on option, we can provide one time and ongoing pest control. This can be bundled with our monthly, quarterly, or annual packages for home maintenance as well, giving you complete home maintenance, in and out, year round.

Automotive

Available only as an add-on option, we can help keep your vehicle in ready mode as well. Wiper blade installation, battery replacement (most vehicles), key-fob battery replacement, tire air-checks, and fluid top-offs.

Other

We understand that each and every home is different and unique. Not all homes have a decks, fences, or attics. We do offer many other unique services, such as deck and fence pressure washing and staining, re-decking decks and docks, lawn-care, door lock replacements, and most other handyman tasks!
